Turn 17 doesn't mean a lot to me.
In retrospect it's not even that old anymore.
Either that or i'm just a grown up already.
It's funny because it's day like these I want to do nothing at all.

A bill was passed giving 40 million dollars to Northern Uganda recovery.
And also to strike down on LRA disarmament.
