It's Christmas eve, and man, I bet everyone is excited. The smell of wood burning during a cold night is one of the most nostalgic smells for me, so i've been excited for that too. The beginning of the new year is here, along with the end of our first half of school, and college, and work year. All that good stuff. I bet we could all write a book about this year alone and yet we go our whole lives never writing a story- it drives me stark-raving mad!

I figured i'd take the time during my break to act like a kid, and live it up, and not be on Blogger so why not make this last post.

So, life has been pretty relaxing lately. I feel like i've always lived a very low maintenance lifestyle, so unless there is some kind of deliberate provocation of drama then I don't have it.
I've started talking to this girl from my school, Brittany, but it's nothing more than just talking because our situation brought itself up just in time for break, so we both knew it would be stupid to take it anywhere until next year when we can actually see if this is anything worth pursuing. For now I continue to fly solo, it's a wise decision. I think for you to value a relationship you kind of have to value yourself, truly.

I still have yet to find a job, but I hope to change that as soon as February rolls around and I get my license, car, and freedom to be a senior in high school with the aide of previously stated items. I can rightfully blame my inability to be a working class citizen on my lack of owning a vehicle besides my feet.

As I think about how high school is ending, I can only think of college beginning, and I know i'm going to miss Florida now if I leave here to attend a college somewhere out-of-state. The fun here is honestly on a different scale. Every place has it's perks and Florida's perks just seem to out weigh every where else right now. Then again, it's cons are pretty high up there too.
Friends. Ftw.

Question: You're going through a deceased persons belonging's (I.e. pictures, cards, letters, memorabilia, etc.) and there are pictures and holiday/birthday cards that they've kept through the years. Do you throw them away? I mean, they have no reason for being kept anymore, right?

Well, I wish everyone a very merry Christmas, New Years, and overall holiday season. I hope you give and receive everything that need be given and received. On New Year's you can find me partying with the familia, pouring a drink out for my homies, and ushering in the new year with a hangover that would otherwise shame a nation.

My New Year's resolution is to get this ^.
